Tickets purchased at Magma Club are nominative and generally non-refundable. This document explains the conditions.
1. General rule
Due to the nature of the event (limited capacity, prior preparation), tickets are not refundable once the purchase is completed.
2. Event cancellation by Magma
If Magma cancels an event due to force majeure or its own decision, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded to the same payment method within 7 business days.
3. Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the rescheduling announcement.
4. Transfer
You can transfer your ticket to another person by emailing booking@magmaclubcr.com at least 24 hours in advance, providing the details of who will use it.
5. Chargebacks
In the event of an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to block future purchases and take legal action.
6. How to request a refund
Write to booking@magmaclubcr.com with the order number and reason. We'll respond within 5 business days.
