1. Health & Safety

To protect guests, staff, and the community, we comply with all current health regulations in Costa Rica, including sanitation protocols and any required measures against public-health threats.

2. Dress Code

  • Not allowed: flip-flops, tank tops, swimwear, bare torsos, sports jerseys, or any attire with offensive slogans or imagery.
  • Large backpacks, luggage, or oversized bags are prohibited (small handbags are permitted).

3. Lost & Found

Claim lost items at Voodoo Bar (next to Magma Club in Mercadito Arenal) daily from 12 MD to 10 PM. Unclaimed items are held for 15 days; afterward they’ll be turned over to local authorities.

4. Access & Responsibility

Entry is at your own risk. By coming in, you confirm you’re fit for a nightlife environment. We provide accessibility features for guests with disabilities but aren’t responsible for exacerbation of chronic conditions.

5. Photography & Social Media

By entering, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use on our website and social channels. If you prefer not to appear, please inform a staff member.

6. Personal Data & Privacy

7. Website Use

All content on our site is protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited. We may update or suspend the website or its services at any time without prior notice.

8. Third-Party Links

We’re not responsible for the content or availability of external sites linked from our pages.

9. Force Majeure

We’re not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, natural disasters, network failures).

10. Limitation of Liability

We disclaim responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising from misuse of the premises or overconsumption of alcohol.

11. Minimum Age & Responsible Drinking

Entry is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. We reserve the right to refuse service or eject anyone showing signs of excessive intoxication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any disputes will be resolved in its competent courts.
