Ticket Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Insurance
If you added our Cancellation Insurance at purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected] at least 24 hours before the event start time. Covered reasons include delayed flights, illness, or any other cause preventing your attendance. Once the event has begun, tickets are non-refundable.
2. Event Cancellation by Magma Club
If Magma Club cancels an event, you may choose to:
- Transfer your ticket to a future event of equal value; or
- Request a full refund by emailing [email protected] within 48 hours of the cancellation.
Please include your original purchase confirmation or order number in your request.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send your full name, order number, and reason for refund to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Service fees, processing fees, and payment-platform fees (e.g., PayPal, Wink) are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the ticket purchaser.
5. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
